Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.

A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required, payable by bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT77W0526216080CC0800110176 (Account holder: Chianura Guido)
Alternatively, payment by credit card is accepted.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before check-in, within the free cancellation period.

Pets are not permitted
Parties and events are strictly prohibited
Group bookings are not accepted
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; no outside visitors are permitted at any time.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
(Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to an additional fee)

The stay includes initial and final cleaning.
Linen rental and parking on the property are not included, but can be added during booking or by contacting :

• Linen rental: €60 per stay
• Private fenced parking: €10 per day
• Private unfenced parking: €5 per day

Tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on-site:

• €1.00 per guest in April, May, June, September, and October
• €1.50 per guest in July and August
